Every Clear Creek Tactical build begins with intent. We do not sell packages; we build pistols. The result is a 1911 fit and finished to match how it will actually be used.

A custom 1911 is not a parts list. It is a series of small, careful decisions — each one influenced by the last and verified against the whole. Tolerances are met by hand and confirmed by feel and gauge.
We work with proven components from established makers. We do not chase trends. We build pistols that will be reliable and serviceable years from now.
Build Process
A measured process, paced by the work.
Phase 01
Consultation
We begin with a conversation about how you intend to use the pistol — defensive carry, range, competition, or collection. We discuss preferences, constraints, and budget honestly.
Phase 02
Specification
Together we select the frame, slide, barrel, controls, sights, and finish. Recommendations are conservative and proven; we favor reliability over novelty.
Phase 03
Fitting
Parts are hand-fit on the bench. Slide-to-frame, barrel-to-slide, controls, and trigger work are performed carefully, then function-tested at every stage.
Phase 04
Finishing
Surface preparation and finish are completed in-house or coordinated with trusted finishers. Final inspection includes a full safety and function check.
Phase 05
Delivery
We review the build with you in person, walk through care and break-in recommendations, and complete all required transfer paperwork.

Custom 1911 build work is offered by appointment for clients in Poolville, Weatherford, Aledo, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Boyd, Bridgeport, and nearby communities in Parker and Wise County.
